How longs does shipping take?
We generally despatch items same day if ordered beofore midday. We estimate shipping to usually take around 3-6 business days. This may increase during the Christmas period. Shipping to remote areas could take up to 10-14 days.
How do returns work?
Our policy is to only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. We do not accept returns for change of mind or purchases made in error.
For damaged or faulty products - we will ask for a few pictures or a short video of the problem. Once assesed we'll arrange the return of th item to us. No refunds or replacements will be issued untill we have the item returned to us for inspection. Please note - if the item is returned to us and found not to be faulty, a restocking fee of 10% will be charged.
I asked for my delivery to be left in a safe place - why didn't the courier do this?
We use a range of freight companies to ensure that our prices are low and the method is appropriate for the goods being sent. If your item is from the electronics category, and is very valuable, we have arrangments with the carriers NOT to leave these items without obtaining a signature. This is an added security measure we have in place to reduce the chance or theft or loss of your items. If you are not home, your item(s) are taken to the nearest depot or the local post office and a card left advising where and when you can collect. (Don't forget to take photo ID with you)
Where is my order?
We aim to keep you updated everystep of the way as your order is processed. You will get e-mail confirmation of your order, a tax Invoice and a despatch and tracking e-mail sent to you at each stage. (You may need to check your spam folder)
Tracking links should provide you with the information you need to know when to expect your order. If you are concerned about your item taking a long time or it seems to have stopped, we suggest you contact the carrier of your item directly with your tracking number, and any queries you may have.
