Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of your item at various points in the delivery process via the carriers online tracking tool.
 
Our warehouse is based in Melbourne.
 
PLEASE NOTE: If you have multiple items on your order these may ship from different locations. There is a likelihood that they all may not arrive in the one delivery. Please don't panic if all of your items don't turn up in the one delivery!
 
We do not ship internationally

When will my items arrive?

We estimate 3 - 6 business days (or 6 - 10 business days for rural areas) from the time you receive this email for your order to arrive.
 
Please note: You should allow up to 14 days for your items to arrive as minor delays with mail services can occasionally occur. Stated delivery times are industry averages as provided by our carriers. Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.
 
Where has my parcel gone?!.
 
If you are concerned your item is missing you should contact the freight company directly and provide your tracking number so they may investigate any late or missing parcels.
Unfortunatly we cannot see any more information on your parcel than you can after it has been dispatched. 
We are not responsible for any items that have gone missing at the hands of the courier and you should contact the relevant complaints line of the relevant courier for help and support.

Cancellation for non-pick-up
 
In some cases a courier may return a parcel to the depot in the event you were not home to receive your item(s) Some items such as electronics can only be delivered upon obtaining a signature on delivery.
If your item has been returned to a depot please ensure you collect your items within 7 days.
Failure to collect your parcel within this time may lead to it being returned to us and you order cancelled

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.
We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some items. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
